PT Dahana and PT Telkom Continue the Cooperation of IT Solution Energetic Material Center (EMC)
PT DAHANA (Persero) and PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. signed the expanded cooperation of TELKOM services for total IT solution to support the performance of the explosives state-owned enterprise which having its head office in Tasikmalaya.
It is in line with the development of the Energetic Material Center (EMC) zone owned by Dahana located in Subang Regency, West Java, as the place for integrated explosives production, research and development.
The signing ceremony made by President Director of PT DAHANA Tanto Dirgantoro and Director of Enterprise & Wholesale of PT Telkom Arief Yahya dan accompanied by Executive Deputy to GM Enterprise of Enterprise Service Division Joni Santoso, General Manager of UNES Manufacturing Seaidin and GM UNER 3 West Java-Banten Subhan Iswahyudi in the event of State-owned Enterprise Synergy on 14 October 2011 located at Jayakarta Hotel on Jalan Juanda No. 381 A Bandung.
This cooperation of Dahana and Telkom is to improve and follow up of the result of State-owned Enterprise performance within IT total solution work of PT Dahana located at Energetic Material Center (EMC) Subang. The ceremony began with lunch banquet and informal meeting. Then, it was continued with the signing of Cooperation Agreement of Telkom and PT Dahana (Persero) and existing minutes of cooperation within Energetic Material Center (EMC) Subang which constitutes the head office of PT Dahana (persero).
According to President Director of PT DAHANA Tanto Dirgantoro, the ceremony is the follow up of the previous MoU. “Cooperation of Dahana and PT TELKOM has ben commenced since 2006 and now developed to become the synergy, particularly in supporting telecommunication infrastructure in EMC Subang,” he said.
As previously identified that on the last 30 March 2011, Dahana-Telkom signed MoU of the expanded cooperation of TELKOM Solution service directly witnessed by the Minister of State-owned Enterprise of the Republic of Indonesia Mustafa Abu Bakar in the Ministry of State-owned Enterprise.
