Batulicin Project Site Gives the Best
One of the sites of PT Dahana (Persero) in Kalimantan is Batulicin project site in South Kalimantan. This site is a coal mine owned by PT Arutmin Indonesia with the sole contractor PT Cipta Kridatama, in the central part area in which the concession consists of ATA, Mangka-lapi, Saring, Mereh (including Sungkai), Sarongga and Setangga.
Site with Total Services in blasting work that covers: Licensing related to Explosives (P1, P2, P3), Explosive Warehouse Management, Explosive Logistics, Explosive Blending (emulsion and Anfo), the Blasting work (collection, assembling, blasting and confirmation of the completed blasting work), Evaluation against fragmentation resulted from the blasting, Evaluation and measuring against blasting effects (Ground Vibration and Air Blast).
Dahana keeps making progress against its services, either internal or external such as upgrading competence of human resources, SAP system using, supply guarantee, certification on safety and environment and production facilities construction.
Location of PT Dahana’s Batulicin site is approximately 380 km from Banjarmasin to east, or approximately 5 hours in land journey across Java Ocean coast in the right side and Meratus Mountain in the left side. Precisely, location of PT Dahana – Batulicin is on Jl. Kodeco Km 51 Mantewe Village, Mantewe Sub-District, Batulicin District, South Kalimantan.
Product offered by Dahana in this site is Dahana Bulk Emulsion (DABEX). DABEX is a kind of the superior explosive. The plus point of this explosive is among other things the fragmentation result that it caused is better with larger destroyed rocks volume. Then, with DABEX, we can make sleep blast up to 3 days with a much better fragmentation quality. Development of geometric patterns (burden and spacing) is approximately 30% and depth of blasting hole that currently around 9 meters has been developed into the depth of 15 meters. One of the other superiorities is its waterproof nature.
